Discover the Wealdstone FC Academy's newest site, opened in partnership with Harrow College for 16 to 18-year-olds, combining top-class football training in Central Harrow with courses leading towards professional football, coaching and further education pathways.
The Harrow College campus is Wealdstone FC’s third Academy site, set in fantastic Central Harrow facilities just a minute’s walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill Tube Station.
The programme pairs full-time academic study with top-class football training, giving talented 16 to 18-year-olds a route through the Academy pathway to first-team level, alongside skills and qualifications for life beyond the game. Teams compete in the British Colleges Sport League and ECFA London, with standout players also getting chances in the Under-19s and Under-23s National Leagues.
Courses on offer for September range from the BTEC Level 1 Diploma in Sport through to the OCR Level 2 Cambridge Technical Diploma, BTEC Level 3 Foundation Diploma and BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Sport, Fitness and Personal Training, opening doors into coaching, sports therapy, fitness, teaching and overseas scholarships.
